He was employed as a store manager for the Red Wing Shoe Co.He is survived by his brother, Bill Davis of Ingram, Texas; and sisters, Lucy Wall of Washington and Louise Thompson of Fresno.Services were held at the Ivy Lawn Memorial Park Chapel in Ventura, the Rev. Patricia Anne Charles, age 77, of Ojai, passed away on Friday, March 31, 2000 in Ojai after a brief illness.Mrs. Charles was born in Worcester, Massachusetts on April 1, 1922. She was an executive secretary for Northrop Aerospace for 20 years, and an 11 year county resident.She is survived by two daughters, Judy Walker of Ojai and Kathy Rixely of Wilmington; one son, William Charles of Santa Monica; one brother, Robert Berglund of Worcester, MA; sister Alice Frodigh of Worcester, MA; five grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.Private cremation services were held. Leary, age 91, of Santa Paula, passed away April 1, 2000 in Santa Paula.She was born January 29, 1909 in Salt Lake City, Utah, and was a 75-year county resident. She worked as a floor lady for Oxnard Frozen Foods, employed there for 30 years.She is survived by her daughters, Edna (Lambert) Vande Burgt of Fresno, and Betty Payton of Oxnard; seven grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.
