The grand opening of the new Santa Paula Certified Farmers Market, will take place on Wednesday, May 17, 2006 at 3 PM at the corner of Telegraph and Hallock, the gateway to Santa Paula.

The grand opening of the new Santa Paula Certified Farmers Market, will take place on Wednesday, May 17, 2006 at 3 PM at the corner of Telegraph and Hallock, the gateway to Santa Paula. Opening day festivities will include ribbon cutting ceremonies and performances by Inlakech Ballet Folklorico.The Santa Paula Farmers Market will be offering food, beer, wine and weekly entertainment besides locally grown fruits and vegetables. All proceeds from the Fresh Lemonade booth will benefit non profit children’s organizations in the Ventura County area. The Boys and Girls Club of Santa Paula will be pouring Lemonade on opening day. Call for more information on including your non profit organization.
The Santa Paula Certified Farmers Market is a non profit endeavor with a portion of all proceeds going towards educating children on the importance of local agriculture through school farm tours. Call for more information on your class attending a farm tour.
