Only one candidate has taken out papers for election to any of the several school board races in the Santa Paula area.Catherine Sepulveda, an incumbent with the Santa Paula Union High School District board, took out her papers for re-election last week, according to the County Elections Division. The other incumbent, Robert Salas, has not taken out nomination papers.
