Bill Linder: Sales Manager of the Year

Bill Linder of Santa Paula was recognized as the Sales Manager of the Year by Toyota Material Handling North America, Monday evening at the Toyota Gala in Phoenix, AZ. It is an honor bestowed only four times in the past and included competition from the entire nation and Canada.
Linder is employed by Madland Toyota-Lift, Inc. of Bakersfield, California with branch offices in Oxnard and Santa Maria, specializing in Toyota forklift sales and service. This award is given to the top-performing sales manager for demonstrating exceptional performance in sales management, the highest market share and the highest customer satisfaction rating.
The dealership also earned the 2012 Sales Excellence Award and the 2012 Sales Elite Award under Linder’s direction.
Bill was involved in Santa Paula Rotary, where he supervised the entertainment for the Pumkin Patch, which brings the club substantial revenue each year. His wife Marikay a local pilot, is active with the Santa Paula airport. Bill and Marikay have lived in Santa Paula for the past five years. He has a daughter living in Ventura and one in Chicago.
