Shaving Cream Hat contest at the Ventura County Fair

The Shaving Cream Hat contest took over Seabreeze Stage at the Ventura County Fairgrounds last Thursday. Contestants donned trash bags and shower caps as their friends and relatives constructed a towering hat on their heads with a can of shaving cream. The fun event was courtesy of the Junior Fair Board. The winner was Stephanie and Kathy Flores.
