Lady Cards play in wild card round

The Santa Paula Lady Cardinals played in the wild card round for the CIF on Tuesday. The Girl’s volleyball team played at San Luis Obispo against third place team, San Luis Obispo and lost in three games. The first game was 11-25. The second game was 7-25. The third game was 10-25.Stats: Kellyn Brooks had 2 passes and 2 digs. Esther Magana had 5 passes, 3 kills and 9 digs. Mari Hernandez had 3 passes and 8 digs. Leah Kolbeck had 2 passes, 3 kills, 3 blocks and 11 digs. Precious Bibb had 1 pass and 3 digs. Kristin Easley had 2 passes, 1 ace and 1 kill. Aracely Navarro had 1 kill,4 digs and 7 assists. Kyla Hernandez had 3 passes and 1 ace. Rebecca Kolbeck had 1 pass, 1 kill and 3 blocks.The Santa Paula Varsity volleyball team ended up to be 8-9 overall and 4-5 in league.
