The Santa Paula Rotary Club is sponsoring a barbecue as a fund-raiser for its project to honor the centennial of the founding of Rotary International on Saturday, October 16, 2004 from 4 to 6 PM at Ebell Park, Seventh and Main Streets, Santa Paula.

The Santa Paula Rotary Club is sponsoring a barbecue as a fund-raiser for its project to honor the centennial of the founding of Rotary International on Saturday, October 16, 2004 from 4 to 6 PM at Ebell Park, Seventh and Main Streets, Santa Paula. Cost is $25 per person for a steak dinner with all the trimmings. The barbecue is open to all.The Santa Paula Rotary Club has selected the renovation of Ebell Park as its project to honor the 100th anniversary in 2005 of the founding of Rotary. The project will include the reproduction of the historic pergola (lattice covered detached patio) that was in the park for many years as well as the replanting of several trees in the park. The October 16 barbecue marks the kickoff of the Santa Paula Rotary Club’s commemoration of the centennial of Rotary. The Rotary Club of Santa Paula has made a special invitation to members of all service clubs in Santa Paula to join in this celebration.
