Cardinals: Close but no cigar against Oxnard

The Cardinal varsity boys came close, but couldn’t quite catch Oxnard in a home game earlier this week. Oxnard took the game 65-26. Santa Paula led at the end of the first quarter 20-9. By half time Oxnard had moved ahead 34-26 and kept their lead until the end. (above): Chepe Lara (#32) jumps for the ball.
