Children and teens are invited to “Laugh It Up At Blanchard Community Library!” when the 2005 Summer Reading Program begins June 27.
Children and teens are invited to “Laugh It Up At Blanchard Community Library!” when the 2005 Summer Reading Program begins June 27.For children, there will be a kickoff event on Tuesday, June 28 at 6:30 p.m. with special guest Ronald McDonald. During the summer, they can earn 20 prizes, one for each book checked out and read at home. There’s a special bonus prize for reading 25 books!Teens in 6th through 11th grades, ages 11-17 can earn tickets, one for every 50 pages in a book checked out and read at home. Tickets will be used in a prize drawing to be held at a special party for the teen readers on September 1.
