Groundbreaking ceremony for Water Recycling Plant

PERC and the City of Santa Paula held a ground breaking ceremony for the new Water Recycling Plant being built just south of the old plant on Corporation Drive. Dignitaries and Santa Paulans watched as the first shovels of dirt were turned over. The construction of the new plant will take about 1 1/2 years and will begin immediately.
