Glen City School Celebrates Excellence!

100 students were inducted in the 400+ Club at Glen City.  The students earned the honor to be in this club by working hard and testing at an Advanced level on the California State Test

100 students were inducted in the 400+ Club at Glen City.  The students earned the honor to be in this club by working hard and testing at an Advanced level on the California State Test.  To be at grade level at the end of the year, students are supposed to score 350 points.  However, one hundred students at Glen City scored at least 400 points in English Language Arts and/or Mathematics.  18 out of the 100 earned 400 or more points in both ELA and Mathematics, putting them in the Double 400+ Club.  7 students received a perfect score of 600 in Mathematics.  Every student was given a 400+ Club tee shirt, donated by the Glen City PTA.  If you see them wearing their special shirt, stop and congratulate them on a job well done.
