After a thorough national search, Vista Cove Care Center at Santa Paula has appointed Brian Bussard, OTR/L, as the lead therapist for the rehabilitation center’s post-acute and skilled nursing Occupational Therapy Program.
Bussard has 26 years of experience as an occupational therapist having previously worked for The Veterans Administration, and he has 16 years of experience as a clinician in the long term care industry. “Brian brings considerable experience to Vista Cove Care Center,” said Cindy Jordan, Executive Director of Vista Cove Care Center at Santa Paula. “As the lead clinician for our Occupational Therapy Program, Brian will nurture the program to ensure that it is one of the best in Ventura County.”
Bussard earned his Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Central Arkansas. He resides in Oxnard with his wife and children. Bussard enjoys cooking and is an avid golfer who also participates in many outdoor activities with his family.
