The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying people wanted for questioning in a series of commercial burglaries that primarily are targeting Apple computers and laptops.

According to Sgt. Jason Robarts, “Since October 2014, numerous late night and early morning commercial burglaries have occurred in various cities throughout Ventura, Santa Barbara,” and portions of Los Angeles counties.

Law enforcement believes the same three suspects are responsible for the crimes that have been targeting commercial buildings.

The burglary crew, noted Robarts, has a penchant for Apple computers and laptops.

The subjects are suspected in 13 burglaries that have occurred: “We believe they were involved in one in Fillmore, burglaries in Camarillo, Santa Barbara, Simi Valley, Calabasas, Agoura, Westlake Village, Ventura... some of the places,” said Robarts, “they’ve hit twice.”

From photos provided by the VCSD it appears the suspects are all Hispanic and in their 20s.

Although one photo shows a vehicle Robarts said, “The suspects are associated with several cars... these subjects they definitely have an array of vehicles.”

The VCSD is asking for the public’s help in identifying the subjects, who were caught on video surveillance from one of the recent burglaries.

“If anyone recognizes any of them we’d love to hear from them,” said Robarts.

Anyone with information on the crimes or the pictured suspects is urged to call Robarts at (805) 947-8108 or Jason.robarts.Ventura.org.

Ventura County Crime Stoppers will pay up to $1,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and criminal complaint against the person(s) responsible for this crime. Call Crime Stoppers at 800-222-TIPS (8477); the call is not recorded and caller may remain anonymous.
