Irma Axmacher of Santa Paula said the beauty of a recent winter afternon and the lights dancing on the mountains took her breath away and inspired her photo. “Santa Paula is such a wonderful place,” she noted, “and it’s beautiful all the time... even with some overcast the sun was shining through — and it was spectacular!”
