Almost 200 years of high school sports

The four men pictured above account for 175 years of either officiating or coaching high school athletics. All four were part of a varsity softball game at Santa Paula last week. From left to right are: Sam Cathcart, 35 years, Tony Musial, 47 years, Bob Swanson, 60 years and Henry Jacinto, 33 years. Jacinto and Cathcart are coaching the Lady Cardinal varsity girls’ softball team.
