Weather and cold has dominated the news

The weather has been up and down the last few weeks including a large amount of rain in Santa Paula this past weekend. The weekend of January 20, 21, and 22 was one of the coldest on record. Above, this picture was taken of a field just off Highway 126 in Fillmore on Monday morning, January 22. All vegetation was covered with solid ice letting everyone know just how cold it was for long periods of time.
