Learn about this “hot topic” at the Moorpark Active Adult Center on the fourth Monday of the month at 12:45 p.m., starting Monday, January 28.The recorded DVD lectures are presented by Professor Richard Wolfson of Middlebury College. Professor Wolfson has taught for over 25 years and is not giving a recommendation, but instead addressing scientific issues relating to this matter.
