The Ventura Family YMCA will be hosting a FREE week long Open House for community members from January 5th to the 11th.
The Ventura Family YMCA will be hosting a FREE week long Open House for community members from January 5th to the 11th.The YMCA’s Open House will allow local residents a chance to experience the Ventura Family YMCA’s exciting additions for the new year which include state of the art elliptical and cardio wave fitness machines, “cardio theater” broadcasting from all machines including our brand new 50” plasma TVs and a newly remodeled men’s locker room.In addition to our exciting new features, the week long event will allow everyone to have full access to our usual facilities which include a two indoor heated pool natatorium, a dry sauna, weight rooms and our aerobic studios that host more than 70 group exercise classes a week all available free during Open House week.Those who then decide to sign up for a membership at the Ventura Family YMCA will be pleased to know that there is NO join fee and NO contract! In addition members will receive a FREE total health coach for their entirety of their membership. Members can meet with their total health coach as many times as they would like and their coach will work hand and hand to set up a work out program specifically for each individual. They’ll even keep you motivated with personal messages through the YMCA’s FitLinxx electronic training system!
