Pedro “Peedee” Eloy Villarreal

Pedro “Peedee” Eloy Villarreal, age 50, of Santa Paula, passed away on April 08, 2011 at his home, surround by his loving family. Pedro was born on November 23, 1960 in Ventura, California to the union of Jesus Villarreal and Maria Isabel Garcia Villarreal. He was a lifelong resident of Ventura County.

Pedro enjoyed many things in life. He was a painter and a roofer. He loved to barbeque, play sports, listen to music, dance, doing his yard work and spending time with his family and friends. He will be forever loved by those who knew him.

Pedro is preceded in death by his parents, Jesus and Isabel Villarreal, son Pedro Jr., sister Martha, brother Jessie Jr., niece Dolores, and nephew Robert. He is survived by his loving wife, Susan Brooks Villarreal; sons, Nathan and Matthew Villarreal; daughters Lisa Tobias, Clarissa (Luis) Villarreal Birruete, and Tionna Villarreal; stepchildren, Brittany Brooks, Jason Castillo, and Phillip Brooks; siblings, Johnny (Mary) Villarreal, Gilbert Villarreal, Richie Villarreal, Cindy (Joe) Villarreal, and Mary (Belen) Villarreal; sisters-in law, Alice Torrez, Linda Galvan, Eva Gonzales, Jana Smith, Elaine Hernandez, and Sandra Monjie; brother-in-law Joe Brooks; mother and father in-law, Christine and Joe Brooks; aunts, Eva Morena and Elena Garcia; and 38 nieces and nephews, many great nieces and nephews, many cousins, friends and family.

A Prayer Service was scheduled on Tuesday, April 19 at 7 p.m. at Life Way Baptist Church, 673 West Santa Paula St. in Santa Paula. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 20 at St. Sebastian Church, 235 N. 9^th St. in Santa Paula. Interment to follow at Pierce Brothers Santa Paula Cemetery in Santa Paula, California.
