The Isbell Parent Group would like to give a special thanks to: X Montes, Danza Azteca Tonanzin, Los Plebes led by Julio Ponce and the SPHS Baile Foklorico group for volunteering their time and entertaining the crowd. Also thanking Telaquepaque Restaurant for their fabulous tacos, which everybody loved, and for their donation to the Parent Group.
Isbell holds Cinco de Mayo festival

The Isbell Parent Group “Parents4Isbell” had its 2nd annual Cinco de Mayo festival on Wednesday May 4th.
This event was open to all students in the Santa Paula Elementary School District and their families.
There was a variety of carnival games, a cake walk, face painting and even a pie throwing booth w/ some of the Isbell staff. The event was a success thanks to the help from parents, teachers, staff and especially Rafael Ramirez, the Outreach Consultant at Isbell who helped organize the entertainment and food.
