In preparation for the annual Medicare Open Enrollment Period, HICAP (Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program) has scheduled a series of presentations at the Santa Paula Senior Center.
The first one will be on Tuesday, August 9th at 11 am and is a roundtable discussion that includes questions and answers about Medicare and Medi-Cal along with an overview of services that HICAP provides.
