Boys & Girls Club visits Fish Hatchery

The Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clara Valley Harvard site took a field trip to the Fillmore Fish Hatchery recently. About a dozen club members were able to walk around the hatchery and enjoy a self- guided tour.  Members then enjoyed learning about the life cycles of fish by reading the informative signs posted around the facility.

Club members were also able to feed some of the fish currently residing at the hatchery. “I got to feed the fish and they swam right up to me” said excited club member Jenny Galindo.
