For kids age 8 - 17, the Young Eagle program offers free plane rides from EAA Chapter 723. The program was launched nation-wide in 1992 to give interested young people an opportunity to go flying in a general aviation airplane. These flights are offered free of charge and are made possible through the generosity of local EAA member volunteers. For more information and to schedule a reservation, contact Neil Fowler at (805) 647-6994.
