Heritage Valley Throwing a New Year’s Eve Party

Moonlight will once again be on the Heritage Valley as this year’s New Year’s Eve Party promises to be a blockbuster. Civic leadership groups have come together in an unprecedented way to demonstrate unity and goodwill by providing an event for the County to enjoy. The all-new Limoneira Mercantile in Santa Paula will be the venue to showcase the beauty of the Heritage Valley, which includes the cities of Santa Paula Fillmore and the neighborhood of Piru. The site will also be the home of the new Bob’s Big Boy Restaurant, located at the corner of Hallock Drive and Highway 126 in Santa PaulaOfficial sponsors are the Santa Paula Chamber of Commerce, the Fillmore Chamber of Commerce, The Fillmore Western Railway, Latino Town Hall, the Piru Neighborhood Council, Heritage Valley Tourism Bureau and the SPIRIT of Santa Paula, a 501-C3 not for profit corporation.At least 22 restaurants and caters will provide tasting stations at the party. Ticket price is $50 per person and will entitle the holder to an action packed evening of entertainment, good food and fellowship. Music will be provided by Mariachis Nacional from 7 to 8:30 pm, the Starlighters from, 8:30 - 10:30 pm, and House Arrest from 10:30 to 12:30 am.Check-in begins at 7 pm and tastings at 7:30 pm. The train arrives at 9:30 pm and rides will be available in addition to theme movie character entertainment. Featured activities will be dancing, train rides, horse drawn carriages and the Sheriff’s Mounted Posse. There will be a complimentary champagne toast at midnight with exquisite tasting stations from 22 popular restaurants in the Heritage Valley.
