Santa Paula High School Football Boosters present the 4th Annual Cardinal Football Program Golf Tournament at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 9 at Mountain View Golf Course in Santa Paula. Format is 2-Man Scramble - Shotgun Start; please arrive no later than 11 a.m.
Registration fees are $100 per person - $200 per two-man team. Entry fees include green fees, golf cart, entry into event contests, the tri-tip/chicken BBQ dinner (additional dinners are $20 each), and gift bag. There are hole-in-one contests for a new Chevy Cruze courtesy of Santa Paula Chevrolet, a putting contest, long drive contest, raffle prizes, and more!
Your entry form should include the following information: Name (Team Leader), shirt size, organization, phone, address (city/state/zip), email address; and name for Player Two, their shirt size, organization, and phone number.
