Fermin Sanchez of Santa Paula has joined Cal West Real Estate as an Agent.
Fermin came from Chihuahua, Mexico 22 years ago. He graduated from Santa Paula High School and worked for La Cabaña Restaurant for 12 years while attending Ventura College.
He attended Cal Poly at San Luis Obispo for one year for Mechanical Engineering. He then transferred to Cal State Northridge for four years, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2011 he finished his master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
He is married to Patti, who is a nursing assistant at Santa Paula Hospital, and they have four children ranging in age from 11 months to 13 years.
Fermin is a dedicated caring person who enters the real estate business with a real desire to help people achieve their goals in home ownership. He says that he chose to affiliate with Cal West Real Estate because of their reputation in the community and, he said with a smile, “at the urging of my wife.”
