Low Vision Help Coming to Santa Paula

On Wednesday, March 20, from 10 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., the Braille Institute’s Mobile Solutions Van will be visiting the Santa Paula Senior Center (530 W. Main St.), bringing resources for living independently with vision loss.

Services available will include a FREE consultation with a Low Vision Rehabilitation Specialist, demonstrations of several kinds of assistive technology; information about catalogs and ordering helpful items such as talking watches and clocks and large-print calendars by phone or computer. Applications for ordering free talking books will also be available.
