Late last year Robert Ernest Terrell, 31, announced he was going to construct a for-profit skateboard park for local kids, many of whom he enlisted to help upgrade a West Harvard Boulevard building. He also solicited investors before abandoning the skateboard park project.Now Terrell - who often uses the nickname “Ernie” - is wanted for probation violation on a grand theft conviction.He is 5-foot-5-inch tall and weighs about 170 pounds. Terrell has neatly cut brown hair and brown eyes.Although Terrell’s last known address was on the 700 block of West Santa Paula Street, he has been known to frequent the Bakersfield area.Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Estrada or Terrell can call Crime Stoppers at 385-8255 or 494-8255. Tipsters can remain anonymous and if they contact Crime Stoppers with information will be assigned a number for later use to claim the reward.

Ventura County Crime Stoppers is seeking two Santa Paula fugitives wanted for probation violations, including one man who violated his probation on a grand theft conviction who had recently tried to rally the community to help him establish a for-profit skateboard park. The other fugitive violated his probation for a conviction of corporal injury on a spouse.

The other fugitive violated his probation for a conviction of corporal injury on a spouse.Crime Stoppers is offering rewards of up to $1,000 each for information leading to the arrest of the two fugitives.Alfred Eric Estrada, 29, is a 5-foot-9-inch tall man who weighs about 190 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes and usually wears his hear in a buzz cut or shaved off.Estrada is wanted on a probation violation; he was previously convicted of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse. His last known address was in the 500 block of Sycamore Street.He has the word “Estrada” tattooed on his back and the words “White Power” tattooed on his stomach.
