Limoneira Fresh, a division of Limoneira Company, is introducing a line of gourmet gift packs and boxes filled with farm fresh fruit, nuts, vegetables and Brazilian-grown premium coffee.
Limoneira Fresh, a division of Limoneira Company, is introducing a line of gourmet gift packs and boxes filled with farm fresh fruit, nuts, vegetables and Brazilian-grown premium coffee. The packs are now available for delivery during the holidays, says Sarah Skeels, manager of Limoneira Fresh. Limoneira Company is a 111 year-old Santa Paula -based land, farming and food company with farms and ranches throughout California. Currently, Limoneira Fresh offers 17 types of gift packs and boxes. They include “Pride of Ventura County,” containing four premium large Hass avocados, four premium oranges and four premium lemons ($19.95); boxes of pistachios ($9.95 each) and a “Sports Fan’s Delight” with large Hass avocados, Lisbon lemons, limes and packets of Mission guacamole mix ($18.95 to $22.95). “Some of our gift packs also include Oro Blanco grapefruit, Satsuma mandarins, Navel oranges and Moro blood oranges,” says Skeels.The produce and nuts contained in the gift packs are grown on the more than 6,800 acres of Limoneira farms and ranches. The items are shipped to Santa Paula for quick package preparation and distribution. The “Spice up the Season” gift box contains a two-pound bag of roasted premium Arabica Brazilian coffee and Brazilian chocolates ($18.95). Limoneira coffee, sold under the Guar á brand, is harvested from a single source Brazilian grower and producer.
