The City of Santa Paula is asking interested individuals to consider applying for positions on the City’s Mobile Home Rent Review Commission.
The City of Santa Paula is asking interested individuals to consider applying for positions on the City’s Mobile Home Rent Review Commission. One Commissioner and two Alternative Member positions are open.The Mobile Home Rent Review Commission meets on an on-call basis to consider mobile home rent increase applications. Commissioners are subject to personal disclosure under the rulings of the Fair Political Practices Commission. Applicants must be and must remain a resident of Santa Paula, and may not be a tenant of a mobile home park, nor owner of rental property.Commission members are compensated $50 for each meeting attended.
