Varsity Softball beats Carpinteria Tuesday

The score in the bottom of the 3rd inning was 6-3 in favor of Carpinteria with 5 runs scored on errors.Cardinals came back the next 4 innings to score 5 runs. In the 4th inning Veronica Garcia hit a triple to score Marina Carrillo who was on base with a single. Talisa Garcia came up in the 5th inning to hit a homerun with a runner on base to score 2. In the 7th inning Katie Lewis walked and stole home on a passed ball to tie the game. Talisa Garcia then came up big again with her second double of the game, scoring later in the inning on a passed ball to steal home to win the game.
