There are four potential contenders for two seats on the Santa Paula Elementary School Board.
There are four potential contenders for two seats on the Santa Paula Elementary School Board. Four people have taken out nomination papers for the election in November. They are: Timothy Hicks, Gary Marshall (Incumbent), Ofelia De La Torre (Incumbent) and Ginger Gherardi.In addition to the elementary race, Catherine Sepulveda and Bob Salas of the Santa Paula Union High School District Board of Trustees are also up for reelection. Sepulveda took out her nomination papers a week ago.Two seats are also expiring on the Briggs School District, and one on the Santa Clara School District. At this point the only other person to take out papers is Katie Brokaw for the Santa Clara School District (The Little Red Schoolhouse).
