More Santa Paula Christmas Parade

The Optimist Club sponsored Santa Paula Christmas Parade was held last Saturday in Downtown Santa Paula. Thousand of spectators lined Main Street to watch the hometown parade that included (top photo) the Sweepstakes winner for the 61st Santa Paula Christmas Parade, “From Bethlehem to Santa Paula”- Our Lady of Guadlupe Church.

(Bottom photo) Members of the VFW Post 2043 wave to the crowd along the parade route. The parade had more than 60 entries; of course, the best was saved for last as Santa Claus arrived on a Santa Paula Fire Department engine.
