Annual speech art contest winners announced Each year the students look forward to demonstrating their artistic talent in the speech/art contest sponsored by Jerry Burns, Barbara Webster’s speech therapist for the Santa Paula Elementary School District. This year, for the 21st annual contest there were 19 winners from Barbara Webster, five from Bedell, four from Glen City, and 13 from Isbell. The winners received an engraved trophy. |
