Ribbon cutting welcomes new dentist to Santa Paula

The Santa Paula Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting this week to mark the opening of the dental offices of Dr. Juan Carlos Ramirez at 1310 E. Main Street. Dr. Ramirez is a Loma Linda graduate and a captain in the Air Force National Guard at Channel Islands.
