Santa Paula cheeleaders make Allstar team

The UCA Cheerleading Camp was held last week and six Santa Paula cheerleaders made it onto the UCA All Star Team. Because they made the team these girls get a chance to go to London from December 26-Jan 2 and perform in the 2009 Varsity Spirit Parade. This is once in a lifetime chance! Unfortunately all six girls must raise $600 by August 4. This is the deadline from UCA. The total amount they must pay to go on the trip is $2700 per girl.The girls are in desperate need of raising this money so that they can have the chance to go to London. This is the first time SPHS cheerleaders have ever had this opportunity. Three of these girls are seniors so they will never get a chance like this again and the other three are sophomores.
