Carolyn Forlines
Carolyn Forlines 79, went to be with the Lord Jesus on Saturday April 23, 2016 at home surrounded by family and friends . She passed following post -operative complications of surgery.
She was born May 14, 1936 in Oklahoma to Wallis and Nellie Stokes and moved to California at 17.
She is survived by her daughter Valerie and her husband David Lagesse. Stepdaughters, Jane & husband Joe Solano, Debbie & husband Steve Biggerstaff, Stepson Bill Forlines and wife.
Mom met the love of her life Andrew with her two children Valerie & Jay and his five children and David Baker, we became the Brady Bunch Family. Mom and dad ran Andy’s Plumbing over 20 years until Valerie and her husband David took it over. She was also a beautican for over 20 years. She went back to school and graduated from high school.
There was never a dull moment in our family, music and dancing filled the house. Our door was always open to everyone. All were treated like family and everyone was her friend, she loved to laugh and had a awesome sense of humor and compassion, she loved Jesus and is in His arms.
She loved her grandchildern and many great grandchildren who will all miss her. Preceded in death by her husband Andrew, son Jay, twin sister Marilyn and Nancy. You were a good Mother that’s who you were and I was loved by you, I am so greatful. I love you Mom and miss you.
Celebration of life by her daughter Pastor Valerie Lagesse at Angel Haven Ranch 18015 South Mountain Rd. Santa Paula, at 2:30 Saturday, May 21st.
