Michael Tushla M.D. new medical staff president

Michael Tushla, M.D., better known to his patients and colleagues as “Dr. Mike,” has been elected president of Santa Paula Memorial Hospital Medical Staff. “It’s a true honor and pleasure to lead our organization.” “We have excellent doctors on staff and together we’re looking forward to continuing our efforts at providing quality health care in our community - the Santa Clara Valley.” Dr. Mike joined Santa Paula Memorial Hospital in 1995 after completing his internship and residency at Phoenix Baptist Hospital in Arizona. He received his Medical Degree from the University of Nebraska in 1992. Dr. Mike is a board certified physician and shares Westside Family Practice with Richard Tushla, M.D. and David Stegman, M.D. at 400 E. Santa Barbara St., Suite A, in Santa Paula. Dr. Mike is also California Medial Associations’ young physician delegate for the Ventura County Medical Association.Dr. Mike and wife Misty, reside in Santa Paula with their two boys, Matthew two, and Connor one month.
