Peggy Kibbe Peggy Kibbe, age 81, of Santa Paula, passed away November 26, 1999 in Santa Paula following a lengthy illness.Mrs. Kibbe was born January 25, 1918 in Ohio, and was a 20-year county resident, coming from Tracy, California. While residing in Tracy she was a member of the Republican Women’s Party. She was a model/buyer for Saks Fifth Avenue in New York. During World War II she was a nurse in London, England. She, her husband, and children lived in Ghana, West Africa from 1963-68, where her husband was employed as an agriculturist.She is survived by her son, Ronald and wife Carmen Kibbe, and grandson Claudio Kibbe, all of Santa Paula; and son Clifford and wife Patricia Kibbe of Banta, California. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Kibbe, in the late 80s.
