Penny Carnival always a big hit for kids

The annual Santa Paula Community Services Department Penny Carnival closed out summer activities for youngsters participating in the Summer Camp program. The kids played a variety of games at the Carnival, held behind the Community Center. They were awarded with tickets at each booth, which they could exchange for prizes.
