Members of the Rushing famly, Jason Rushing (l), Jennifer Rushing, Zella Rushing Ibanez, and Donna Nowland, dedicate a Patron Plaque commemorating the life and career of Hebron Rushing, founder of H&H Oil Tool Company. Patron Plaques are placed at the California Oil Museum in response to gifts of $25,000 to the Oil Museum Endowment. The Rushing family are the second family to make a gift to the Endowment in the Museum's Patron Campaign. The Orcutt family made the first gift in the Patron Campaign. Donors may make a single gift of cash, securities, or real property, or may give annually over a five year period.
