Halloween Carnival at the Community center

The City of Santa Paula hosted its 23^rd Annual Halloween Carnival Wednesday, October 31 at the Santa Paula Community Center. Hundreds of kids showed up in costume to play games and have a great time. Prizes, candy, food vendor, games and photos were all part of the fun filled evening. Above, this clown was attempting to win prizes by throwing bean bags.
